I appreciate that my post is not direct functional legal advice. And am grateful for the help and colossal benefit that this site has for people in our situation. But i look at peoples posts on here alot, and there are alot of very young and less robust people who are new to this. I see depression, anxiety, people who need to be shown the way of how to get through this hell. Every day is a battle i know i live it. In the space of one year ive lost everything my 3 daughters ,my partner ,my home, my best friend died recently and i have no family. I go to work and at the weekend sit in a bedsit waiting to go back to work to start a new week. My daughters are about to be taken into care as there mother who has made the allegation suffers from borderline personality disorder and is incapabe of looking after them. Im not depressed , im not suicidal , i see my dilema as a test. I am mentally tough i always have been. People need to be shown the way, the first song i posted" Read all about it " if you read the lyrics is so synonymous with our struggle. It is practical phsycological help its about defiance of stigma the accusation and the Media. thats how i see it. a song that dictates the mindset of what it takes to get through this. Its up to you but i think its in the wrong place unnoticeable.Comment

Like the song apart from the lyric "things will never change so i dont look back" things have to change. while we are in a society that does not understand the phsycology of False Accusations we are allowing a results based legal system to take advantage of stigma. Employing a feminist vote related witch hunt mentality. Ill be damned if i spend 6 to 10 yrs in jail to be a statistic for political reasons. just a blip on a statistical chart that says a government is tough on a predominately male perpetrated crime. Re election !!! Makes me wonder sometimes how the human race got 20,000 ish years in and cant do better than this. Sorry to be serious good song... Maybe thats the way forward a movement that follows the defendants of FA around the cpuntry trial to trial. I read on the internet and i know its innacurate. Borderline personality disorder is diagnosed in 2 - 5% of american women, one of the most characteristic traits of the disorder is to make false allegations of violent and sexual abuse. its called a Distortion campaign or vilification campaign. We can all use this site for its great value for information, but im ready to do something i want to meet and support the genuine VICTIMS of FA. We go through this needlessly im angry and i want to do something..Comment

There was a man who died recently called Gerry Conlan he was convicted and acquitted of the Guildford Pub bombings, he is someone who suffered imeasurabley who spent years in prison innocent, his experiences wrecked his life but he fought back , he helped countless people who had been wrongly convicted and made a difference. That is the way forward , we need coordination. If the people who run this forum could enable a secure transfer of information between members we could do this in person aswell as a forum. ??? I know i wpuld attend trials for support maybe 3 or 4 times a year. A networkComment

brilliant idea for a thread... am a musician (that my and OH job - classically trained) so music has been a MASSIVE help through this, loving other suggestions, some i put i know are Christian but the words are so meaningful.
