Ah I see. So if they only paid out on a conviction it would stop a lot of false claims and wasted millions of tax pagers money.

Will the prosecutor ask me personal questions on our sex life?
He also verified that when a case gets taken to court the accuser gets 12k? Anyone else know about this?

The prosecutor may well ask about your sex life. Expect them to play dirty.

I am not sure where you got the figure of 12k from. The 'shopping list' starts at £1K. Some complainants get paid out even if the suspect is not charged or found not guilty. CICA go on the balance of probability so if somebody says they were sexually abused then they probably were.
