  • Didn't know Tuxedomoon... thanks for that. Ravi Shanka (dad to Anoushka, both of whom I really enjoy) I've seen live, and also Manu Choa who's terrific on stage has a real sense of playing to an audience and chooses where to play (ie where he feels his message needs to be heard the most). For dark but fun music try Banda Ionica Matri Mia .

At least you made me smile whatsgoingon?

I discovered Tuxedomoon with the title "No tears" a while ago.
Listening to The Cure,Sisters of Mercy,Bauhaus,NIN,B52's,Pixies,,Grauzone...I had to like it.

But you should listen to "L'etranger"originally from Albert Camus' novel which inspired as well The Cure and then sampled by Massive Attack.

      Tritone(Musica Diablo),Volo vivace,In a manner of speaking...

I have been positively surprised by this band.

Manu Chao from Mano Negra also performed with Bertand Cantat from Noir Desir a song called "Le vent nous portera"
Robbie Williams also sang Bongo bong

I wish I had seen Ravi & Anoushka Shankar,I find sitar so relaxing.
      Thanks for your musical advice.

      Take care.

                  They were the "perfect" couple.
I won't post the link but check:The White Sripes-Ball and buicuit Paris 2007.

I just hope that you were referencing Meg for her drums skills.

I wished I had seen Queens of the Stone Age but instead if I can,it will be Them crooked vultures.

                  Another consolation prize.

I already made two huge mistakes ,it was to miss James Brown and Nirvana.
I have so many to see...

I really like his music, loved Pulp and then the solo stuff he did afterwards.
