I am conducting research, along with Rights Fighter, into false allegations and trying to come up with some statistics, so if you would like to take part that would be great.

We are also conducting it on another site so we thought we'd open it to the people on here who have been NFA'd or innocent by trial.

Falsely Accused

I was arrested on Friday 30/03/2012 after falsely being accused of suspiscion of raping a relative 5 times and performing a sex act(masturbating)in front of 2 other family members.After being let out on bail,(to return on 26/06/2012),I was picked up by my wife "T" and am back at home.My solicitor has told me that on the information given to him by the police several things don't tally/fit."T" and I have had time to discuss these allegations and several more things have come to light about the 3 people concerned which add a strong reason as to why they have done this and what we have concluded that it is purely for monatery gain due to the POT the government have for victims to claim whether the case is dropped or not.I would like to know more about why this is allowed and how to get it stopped."T" and I and,my family know that I have I have not comitted these henious crimes and have enough evidence to prove all I have been accused off,a)I would not have done in the first place and,b)Could not have taken place at the times and dates stated due to the fact that on those dates my wife or a family member/friend were present.I just want to know how I can stop them from gaining financially from this.
