Although my partner has been at the same prison for over a year he has only just been told about this service they provide.

I think its a great idea and much cheaper than a first class stamp!

Thanks for the heads up on that L&H. I would guess that it depends on which prison your loved one is in, but looks like a great service (and probably much faster than normal letters)
Maybe being allowed to use this service is a privilege?

What enhanced only?

Saffron yes I can see exactly who would be entitled to use it - enhanced status only !! But I agree its far better, Id be sending the guys one a day and then I could see them then being limited to say one a month because of it !!

I wonder how they would deal with attached pics and docs?

All anyone wants to know on the outside is that their is life beyond the perimiter and something to look forwards too one day, on release.

We should have a thread on the exeriences ppl have of using it, when or if they can, so others know what to expect when they try.
